Hello, my name is Brad Smith.

Brad Smith is the CEO and Co-Founder of Virb, the company behind the social media network, Virb.com.

In 2001, he founded Neubix, a corn-fed, Midwestern design agency, which became globally recognized for its simplistic, yet groundbreaking design; apparent on sites like The Big Noob: a big, blue blog, still operated by he and (co-worker & friend) Ryan Sims.

Circa 2005, Brad took a hiatus from client work and moved his company to Boston, joining forces with the team at PureVolume. That time in Boston kindled his love for social communities and their ability to shape the future of the intarweb (and vice versa).

Now hailing from the island of Manhattan, Brad is setting sail on the sea of social media. With Virb, he and his team are charting a course into the coming second age of social media.

Note: Brad has never operated a boat on open water and holds no credentials allowing him to use metaphors involving them.

Stirring up the intarwebs since... well, for a while.
