The war on bad logos

I sorta expected something better from our Center of Intelligence. Looks like Venkman & Team over at Ghostbusters HQ (rather than actual terrorists) had a part in this logo's inception.

wow, that's bad, I'm not wondering if to save money they went to an elementary school near by and had a competitiona and gave the winner a package of stickers with a blue ribbon to wear around for the day.
