The Madden Curse

Each season, the player whose photo is on the cover of the Madden NFL video game suffers from either injury or unfortunate luck. This has happened 8 years in a row. Brett Farve appears on the cover of the 2009 version of the game. In a Packers jersey. If you don't follow football, Brett was just traded to the New York Jets this week (after being a 17-year Packer). What will the "Madden Curse" bring upon Brett this season as he appears on the cover AND is wearing the wrong jersey. Now I'm giddy with anticipation.
