The Big (Boston) Apple

On Friday, May 16th @ 6PM, Apple will unveil Boston's flagship store. Not only the first, but the world's largest. All, only a few blocks from where I sit. Oh, temptation.

I think I hear the sound of Brad's pockets emptying for years to come ;)

The question is, why is it so tempting?

It's no different than apple.com/store.

Brad, get ahold of yourself, you're falling into the pit of impulse buying.

I'm jealous, t's way nicer then the one I work at.

@Levi – Being in the store holding and playing with products can't compare to looking at images online. And being able to talk to fellow Apple fanatics (like myself) is a huge plus.

I have to admit Brad, I'm insanely jealous.

I think we should get a group together and tour all the Apple stores… Maybe not…

I wonder if they'll do anything fun for the opening like get Dropkick Murphys to play or something like that. I'll probably head downtown for the opening next Friday regardless though. CambridgeSide's Apple Store just isn't all that impressive to me, so I'm excited about this location.

Man, being within walking distance of one is downright dangerous. Bye-bye stimulus check.

Of course, it'll make it a bit easier to camp out for new products…if you're so inclined.

I had a friend once tell me that he wondered why they don't just call Apple Stores, Orchards.
