HOW Now Conference Cow

HOW you get to Boston is up to you. WHO and WHAT you do while here — that is the question.

In just over a week, the 2008 HOW Design Conference will descend upon Boston's Back Bay. Despite Simmy and I won't be in attendance, we do work, play and/or live only a few blocks from where all festivities will be held.

We've been toying around with some ideas for a conference-entwined activity. I, for one, was unable to attend SXSW earlier this year, and am dying for an opportunity to share some quality time (and libations) with fellow lovers of teh intarweb. Whether said activity be a Virb-related gathering at a local pub or an exclusive event atop the infamous Roof Deck City, we have yet to decide.

So for now, we'll work on some ideas. You work on letting us know if you'll be in Boston from May 18th to the 21st.

Unfortunately, I am not a conference cow, I like how this gathering sounds… how much are train tickets from Baltimore to Boston? I guess a 7hr trip for a gathering is a tad excessive, huh.

I shall be in attendance. Sadly, my driver's license reads "under 21 until 04-21-09." in very ugly red letters… so unless the first session is "Photoshopping Infallible Fake IDs", chances are I won't be allowed in any famous Boston pubs :( Roof deck city sounds marvelous, however. I too love meeting fellow dotcomrades :)

It's cool. Thankfully it seems there is much more to Boston than just the pubs :)
