Free Wi-Fi for iPhone

The rumors were true. AT&T has finally wrapped free Wi-Fi access into all iPhone service plans. There's over 17,000 hotspots nationwide, many of which are located inside the little coffee shop chain called Starbucks. If there are any airports on that list, you can color me happy.

This is icing on the cake. I'm waiting for the 3G iPhone, all rumors point to June, and I'm pretty damned excited.

Another reason for me to get an iPhone… the guilt is beginning to sink deep.

Thanks for the confirmation there. Haven't been to a Starbucks in a while but I'll test it out. I hope it's not one of the things where businesses advertise "FREE Wi-fi" but then require you to pay a fee to use it. Where's the "FREE" in that?
