Boomtown: Season 1

A weak conversation with Simmy on the new NKOTB album, led us to Donnie Wahlberg, which led us to Donnie's role in Boomtown; the 2002 TV Series. Despite a unique and well crafted show, Boomtown was canned by NBC after only 13 episodes. Amazon has Season 1 for 12 bones! Trust me, it's worth it; if only for the opening credits.

Boomtown's intro reminds me of the opening credits to Carnivale. Another great show that ended too soon.

Boomtown intro is my favorite of all-time. Remember, this was 6 years ago, too. Love that trumpet melody in the score. So sad that this show met its demise.

This is a bit off topic but I noticed you guys link media purchases to Amazon as opposed to iTunes. Being the Apples fans you are I was wondering if there was anything to this (aside from a lower price)?

@ Brad: shows that ended too soon on HBO since you mentioned Carnivale. What about "The Comeback"? or "Mind of the Married Man"?
