A leap second

Sweet. Another 900 billion years, and a day will be 30 hours long. Talk about productivity!

So 24/7 becomes 30/7. So in 900 billion years how long will the week and year be? They cant stay 7 days and 365 days. At some point there's going to be leap decades instead of leap years.

So what are you gonna do with your extra second Bradster?

Seriously, you're loosing a lot, a lot of trusted/rss readers with all this authentic jobs and mt promotional posts. It's a pity because it was a great blog.

Best, Daniel

Daniel,

I assume you've been following The Big Noob for a while. As such, you are more than likely aware that the guys are very busy at the moment working hard on getting the new version Virb out.

How about cutting the guys a little slack while they're busy? I'm sure the Noob will be back in full-motion as soon as they're done.

=)

Yes, but they could also save time by not posting more ads. Look at this page, 7 posts out of 16 are ads.

@ other Daniel – in 900 billion years time I'm sure the fellas will have enough time to crank out a new Virb as well as provide us with some awesome posts.

Dear Daniel #1: Sorry to disappoint. However, I do appreciate you keeping notches on the number of entries you consider "advertisements". I had lost count. You see them as ads, I see them in support of projects from our dotcomrades.

As for everyone else, thanks for being patient with the silence. We'll be back…

I'm totally ok with the support/ad/promo posts, it just seems to me that during the last months the "silence" concerned only normal posts, I think it's not very fair to readers who follow you and keep coming looking for stories.

I hope you'll be back soon
